Video Trainings

This PMP Video Training covers concepts, tools and techniques you need to be familiar with to take the PMP® Certification Exam. We cover the material from the latest PMBOK Guide 4th Edition (including the recent changes in 2011) and we include the necessary models, theories and formulas not covered in the Guide. Our video episodes are interesting and engaging. We won't bore you, and we help you understand these concepts instead of memorizing them.

All our packages (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) will give you more than 120 lessons. Each lesson averages 26 minutes and focuses on one PMP concept or process. In total, our lessons are over 47 hours long (38 hours of video and 9 hours of audio). You can watch them as often as you like to enhance your understanding. Each Episode has a number that allows for easy sorting on your laptop or portable player. The episodes in which we discuss the PMBOK Knowledge Areas are numbered following the PMBOK Guide's chapter numbers. For instance all episodes on Project Scope Management begin with the number 05. This makes your interaction with the PMBOK a lot easier.
