Our step-by-step PMP Study Plan will prepare you for the exam with a much higher likelihood of success. We created this PMP Study Plan based on our experience with numerous successful candidates. Our Plan is not just focusing on memorizing the PMBOK content, but understanding the concepts, using best practices, and testing your knowledge with scenario-based questions and exam simulations. PMP Video Trainings

This PMP Video Training covers concepts, tools and techniques you need to be familiar with to take the PMP® Certification Exam. We cover the material from the latest PMBOK Guide 4th Edition (including the recent changes in 2011) and we include the necessary models, theories and formulas not covered in the Guide. Our video episodes are interesting and engaging. We won’t bore you, and we help you understand these concepts instead of memorizing them.

All our packages (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) will give you more than 120 lessons. Each lesson averages 26 minutes and focuses on one PMP concept or process. In total, our lessons are over 47 hours long (38 hours of video and 9 hours of audio). You can watch them as often as you like to enhance your understanding. Each Episode has a number that allows for easy sorting on your laptop or portable player. The episodes in which we discuss the PMBOK Knowledge Areas are numbered following the PMBOK Guide's chapter numbers. For instance all episodes on Project Scope Management begin with the number 05. This makes your interaction with the PMBOK a lot easier.

35 CONTACT HOURS CERTIFICATE

All our trainings (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offer at least 38 hours of Project Management education, and once you pass our Final Test you will receive a PMI-approved 35 Contact Hours certificate, which is needed for your PMI Application. The Final Test on our trainings in an online test with 25 multiple-choice questions. You have to answer 17 correctly to pass. Once you pass, you can download and print your certificate. You can take our final test as many times as you want, at no extra fee. Note: This Final Test is NOT the PMP Exam. The PMP Exam registration has to go through pmi.org and the fees are to be paid to PMI directly.
