This Video/Audio PrepCast covers concepts, tools and techniques you need to be familiar with to take the PMP® Certification exam. We cover the material from the PMBOK Guide 4th Edition, and we include the necessary models, theories and formulas not covered in the Guide. Our episodes are interesting and engaging. We won’t bore you! We help you understand these concepts instead of memorizing them.

It gives you 111 lessons. Each lesson averages 26 minutes length and focuses on one concept or process. In total our lessons are over 47 hours long. You'll get 38 hours of video lessons and 9.5 hours of audio lessons. You can watch them as often as you like to enhance your understanding. Each Episode has a number that allows for easy sorting in your portable player.

The episodes in which we discuss the Knowledge Areas are numbered following the Guide's chapter numbers. For instance all episodes on Project Scope Management begin with the number 05.

• What will I receive through this video/audio PrepCast?

The total file size of all episodes is approximately 2.5 Gigabytes. A high-speed internet connection is strongly recommended. Also note that many companies have corporate firewalls in place and you many not be able to download these files on your work computer. In that case you will need to download these episodes at home. Note: The video/audio files are yours once you download them (for your personal use). No need to have online access or login to our Members Area once you download.

• How can I go through this training once I have downloaded the Videos?

  One of the main advantages of our packages is that NO internet connection is required for watching the videos once the initial download is completed. All other online PMP training providers expect you to do all your training online in front of your computer.

  With our videos you have plenty of other choices. In fact our students have reported imaginative ways of using our videos for their PMP training. Once the video files are downloaded to your Computer or Laptop, you can:

  • Watch them directly on your Laptop or Computer.
  • Download them to your smart phone (such as iPhone by synching through iTunes) and view them there

• Will I receive the 35 Contact Hours for Project Management Education ?

Yes. This PodCast offers over 35 hours of quality PMP video/audio training and once you pass our online test you will receive a 35 Contact Hours certificate. This certificate is needed before registering for the PMP Exam. The fee for the 35h contact hour Exam, which you will pass at the end of the course, are included. You don’t need to pay anything else. However, please note that PMP Exam fees have to be paid to PMI directly.

• When will I receive the certificate for the 35 Contact Hours ?

Once you pass our online test you can download and print your certificate. The certificate is recognized by the PMI (R.E.P # 3023) and more than 8000 students have already taken their certification through this video training.

• How long will I have access to the online courses ? Will I own the downloadable course material ?

  The video files will be downloaded and will belong to you, but please note that they are copyrighted and shall not be shared with third parties.
