On the Main Menu go to PMP Courses and click on Buy Now for the product of your choice:

Fill up the form to create your account (including your username and password) and press Continue:

Fill up the billing information form and click Process Payment (Click Only Once):

Wait until your payment goes through, and you should get a confirmation page:
